St. Francis Villa: Applications Being Accepted

Applications are now being accepted for St. Francis Villa, a 40 unit senior apartment building located in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.  St. Francis is set to open in early June.  Residents must be 62 or older and meet income qualifications.
