Nativity B.V.M. Place And Its Senior Residents Celebrate One Year Anniversary

This month, Catholic Housing and Community Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (CHCS) hosted a first anniversary luncheon for Nativity B.V.M. Place and the residents who make it their home.

Residents enjoyed a fun filled afternoon with trivia, games, music and of course a delicious hot lunch. Prizes donated by Stocks Bakery, Mercer Café and Shoprite were raffled off.

Located in Port Richmond, Nativity N.V.M. Place is one of three Catholic Health Care senior housing communities. In 2015, it was transformed from a former parish school into a facility of 63 one-bedroom apartments.

CHCS’ affordable housing communities allow residents to remain active in their communities while enjoying comfortable, stylish apartment living.
