Groundbreaking of St. Francis Villa

Catholic Housing and Community Services and the Office for Community Development broke ground on June 4, 2015 for St. Francis Villa, a 40-unit affordable senior housing development in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.  Seniors of eligible and income will enjoy private apartments with a community room, computer room and outdoor garden space.  Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2016
