Giving Thanks…for Parish Based Staff!

Every week, Angela relies on the help of a care partner from Catholic Housing and Community Services.  With her care partner’s help, laundry is washed, linens are changed and her grocery shopping is done.  At 92 years old, Angela has been helped by the Catholic Housing and Community Services parish based program since 2015. Angela is grateful for her care partner everyday, but is especially grateful this Thanksgiving.  With her care partner’s help, Angela will prepare her favorite family recipes and she is looking forward to being able to share them when her family visits for Thanksgiving dinner.  Thank you to all our care partners who work alongside our seniors everyday and give the gift of their time, presence and compassion.
