Archbishop Chaput Dedicates Senior Housing in East Kensington

On October 4, 2016, Archbishop Charles Chaput, OFM Cap. presided at the joy-filled Dedication of St. Francis Villa in the East Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia.  St. Francis Villa features 40 one bedroom apartments for age and income qualified seniors. Residents began moving into the building in June and it is now home to 44 seniors.
