Affordable Senior Housing

Catholic Housing and Community Services is expanding its programs to provide affordable senior housing.  In addition to an planned expansion for S. Philadelphia’s St. John Neumann Place, Catholic Housing and Community Services has begun converting Nativity BVM’s grade school into affordable apartments for seniors.  After a protracted planning process, approval was finally secured and construction has begun.
